Incorrect Email: If you provide an incorrect email address while making a purchase, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
Wrong Plan Subscribed: If you have subscribed to a wrong plan by mistake, please raise the issue within 24 hours of purchase by writing to us at team@prudentparrot.com. We will refund the amount paid by you and you can select the plan of your choice.
Unable to Access Content: If you are unable to access the content after making the payment, please raise the issue within 24 – 48 hours of purchase. We will try to fix the issue as soon as possible or provide you with a full refund.
Cancellation of Subscription: Since we do not auto-debit, cancellation of subscription is not possible
