Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Incorrect Email: If you provide an incorrect email address while making a purchase, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
  1. Wrong Plan Subscribed: If you have subscribed to the wrong plan by mistake, please raise the issue within 24 hours of purchase by writing to us at team@prudentparrot.com. We will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving your request, and it will be credited back to your original bank account within 5 working days.
  1. Unable to Access Content: If you are unable to access the content after making the payment, please raise the issue within 24 – 48 hours of purchase. We will try to fix the issue as soon as possible or provide you with a full refund.
  1. Cancellation of Subscription: Since we do not auto-debit, cancellation of the subscription is not possible
