Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Incorrect Email: If you provide an incorrect email address while making a purchase, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
  1. Wrong Plan Subscribed: If you have subscribed to a wrong plan by mistake, please raise the issue within 24 hours of purchase by writing to us at We will refund the amount paid by you and you can select the plan of your choice.
  1. Unable to Access Content: If you are unable to access the content after making the payment, please raise the issue within 24 – 48 hours of purchase. We will try to fix the issue as soon as possible or provide you with a full refund.
  1. Cancellation of Subscription: Since we do not auto-debit, cancellation of subscription is not possible
